We are so excited to be back in St. Augustine this Sunday for a resonant, radiant, sacred sounds Sunday experience!
Our sound healing journey begins with making beautiful sounds to uplift ourselves, each other, and the whole world! This not only feels AWESOME, but it also clears the body with vibration, which sets you up to be able to go much deeper, and receive much more during the sound healing journey.
In the Sound Healing Journey you get to bask in the transformative and deeply moving vibrations of sound meditation. Expand your consciousness, awaken your body's innate healing, and melt into deep relaxation. Sound healing is an opportunity to completely let go and allow the body, mind and soul to heal naturally. Sam and I begin with a clear intention for the healing journey, then drop down into our hearts and allow love to "play us", through our voices and special vibrational instruments. We often find ourselves using reiki and mudras to enhance the healing. It is truly an experience of surrender and awe, as we co-create with You, and the energies present. No two sessions are ever the same.
